3.Amending Ordinance 25-142, an Ordinance appropriating funds from the Sewer Capital Improvement Fund 0402 to provide funding for the repair, rehabilitation or replacement of mainline sewers and associated assets, and sanitary sewer overflows and outfall source tracking, by appropriating an additional $2,087,500 from the Sewer Capital Fund 0402 for the Debt Service on the Bond Anticipation Notes (BANs), and declaring an emergency. 4.Amending Ordinance 25-137 making appropriations for the current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Shaker Heights, Ohio for the year ending December 31, 2026, as amended by Ordinances No. 26-08, No. 26-12, and 26-30 to amend appropriations in Fund No. 202, State Highway Maintenance, and declaring an emergency.
