Public Comment on Agenda Items

1. Amending Sections 1211.02 and 1240.04, enacting new Section 1263.21, and renumbering Sections 1263.21 through 1263.26 of Part Twelve, Zoning Code, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Shaker Heights to amend the zoning text to make outdoor recreation facilities for public and private schools in the I-Institutional zoning district a conditional use, and adding conditional use standards for such facilities. (CPC)

2. Amending Sections 1234.06, 1235.05, and 1236.05 of Part Twelve, Zoning Code, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Shaker Heights to amend the zoning text to add lot coverage regulations to the Commercial Mixed Use zoning districts. (CPC)

3. Supporting the Ohio Commission for the United States Semiquincentennial (AMERICA 250-OH).
