6. Authorizing the acceptance of grant funds in the amount of $84,214.96 to be used by the Shaker Heights Municipal Court to hire a full-time Victim Advocate, establishing the “Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Fund’ (Fund No. 212) as a special revenue fund, and declaring an emergency. (FIN)
