9. Authorizing the City to enter into agreements to provide vehicle and apparatus mechanic services by the City’s Fire Department to the City of University Heights and the Heights Hillcrest Technical Rescue Team (HHTRT), and to other communities as services are available. (SPW), (FIN)

Authorizing a five-year service agreement with Spectrum Enterprise for the purchase and installation of a gigabit circuit at the Police Department, under state contract pricing, at a total maximum cost of Fifty-Four Thousand One Hundred Ninety Dollars ($54,190), and declaring an emergency. Authorizing a contract with the Cuyahoga County Board of Health for the period January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027, in the total not to exceed amounts of $263,773 for 2026 and $295,568 for 2027, for health permitting, licensing and enforcement under Ohio law, and to provide various health related services to the City’s residents.
