2. Amending Section 153.03 and enacting new Sections 155.07 and 155.08 of the Administrative Code; amending Sections 747.01, 747.02, 747.03, 747.04 and 747.07 of the General Offenses Code; amending Section 1111.02 of the Traffic Code; amending Sections 1319.03 and 1319.08 of the Building Code; and amending Sections 1412.01, 1412.02 and 1412.03 of the Housing Code of the Shaker Heights Codified Ordinances to update requirements for landscaping on private property and the use of the tree lawns in the right of-way of the City.

3. Authorizing an amendment to the contract with Suburban Maintenance & Construction, Inc. to increase the total compensation by $40,000, for a total contract amount of $150,000, in order to purchase a pedestrian canopy, maintain traffic signage and pay for ongoing rental of perimeter fencing at the nuisance property known as the Lee-Scottsdale Building, located at 3756 Lee Road, and declaring an emergency. 4. Authorizing a labor agreement between the City of Shaker Heights and the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 516 (IAFF) for Shaker Heights Firefighters and Paramedics, for the three year period 2025 through 2027, and declaring an emergency.

5. Authorizing a Vision Fund forgivable loan in the amount of $225,000 to RDL Architects to assist in the buildout of their offices at the new Arcadia mixed-use development project at 3393 Warrensville Center Road, and declaring an emergency. (NED), (FIN)

6. Administrative acceptance of the approval of the City Planning Commission and confirmation of the granting of a Conditional Use Permit to Willia Arms Adult Day Support, applicant, for an adult day care center for persons with developmental disabilities, located at 3689 Lee Road, pursuant to Section 1213.05 of the City’s Zoning Code. (CPC)

7. Authorizing an amendment to the contract between the City and Krivanek + Breaux for the fabrication and installation of a public art shade structure for Van Aken District signature public art, at an added cost not-to-exceed $5,670, which will bring the total contract amount to $90,270, and declaring an emergency. (FIN)

8. Amending Ordinance 24-119, an ordinance appropriating funds from the General Capital Fund 0401 to provide funding for projects by the Planning Department, to appropriate an additional $5,000 in order to provide funding for the Lee Road Mural Project, and declaring an emergency. (FIN)

9. Amending Ordinance 24-115, an ordinance appropriating funds from the Sewer Capital Improvement Fund 0402 to provide funding for the repair, rehabilitation or replacement of mainline sewers and associated assets, and sanitary sewer overflows and outfall source tracking, to appropriate an additional $238,750 for the Winslow/Avalon Sewer Study & Design project, and declaring an emergency. (FIN)

10. Authorizing the execution of Then and Now Certificates by the Director of Finance and the payment of amounts due for various purchase orders, and declaring an emergency. (FIN)
