8. Authorizing an amendment to the contract between the City and Greenman-Pederson, Inc. (GPI), for additional work needed to complete the professional construction administration and inspection services for the Van Aken Pedestrian Improvements Project, at an added cost not-to-exceed $25,422, which will bring the total contract amount to $64,345.32, and declaring an emergency.

Authorizing an agreement with the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) for payment to the City for the City's maintenance of the grounds adjacent to the Rapid Transit rail lines along Shaker Boulevard and Van Aken Boulevard, for the year 2025, in the total amount of $282,169.68, and declaring an emergency.
