Authorizing an addition to the City’s current subscription for CitizenServe with Online Solutions, LLC, to increase the total compensation by $7,000, for a total contract amount of $49,000, and authorizing a three-year extension of the City’s CitizenServe subscription beginning August 1, 2025, for a total cost over those three years of $175,400, without competitive bidding, as a sole source, and declaring an emergency.
