6. Affirming the Mayor’s appointment of JERI E. CHAIKIN as Clerk of Council for a two-year term, and designating the DIRECTOR OF LAW and the ASSISTANT DIRECTORS OF LAW as Clerks of Council Pro Tem in the absence of the Clerk of Council.

7. Amending Ordinance 17-21, enacted on February 27, 2017, to extend the term of that tax increment financing structure for an additional thirty years pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 5709.51, and authorizing the execution of additional instruments, agreements, certificates, and other documents deemed necessary in connection therewith, and declaring an emergency.
