7. Accepting the recommendations of the City’s Tax Incentive Review Council (“TIRC”) made at their meeting on July 19, 2023 to continue the existing development and community reinvestment area agreements for tax exemption and payments in lieu of taxes (“PILOTs”), pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 5709.85, and declaring an emergency. 8. Authorizing a personal services contract for up to three years with Karen Myers, in a total amount not to exceed $135,000, for professional design and production consulting services for Shaker Life magazine for a period of up to three years at the City’s discretion. (ADM), (FIN)
