Public Comment on Agenda Items

1. Authorizing and ratifying a contract with Neptune Plumbing & Heating Co., without formal competitive bidding, for the Public Works Department’s Service Center fire line emergency repair, in the total amount of $38,490.82, and declaring an emergency.

2. Amending Ordinance 22-132, an ordinance appropriating funds from the General Capital Fund 0401 for the acquisition of equipment and the repair, maintenance and improvement of various City facilities, by appropriating an additional $38,491 for the Service Center Fire Line Emergency Repair project, and declaring an emergency.

3. Authorizing a revision to the contract with W Construction Supply Inc., without formal competitive bidding in the estimated amount of $10,300 to maintain the emergency shoring of the City Hall Coal and Storage Room until the permanent work can be done, which will bring the total estimated contract amount to $35,300, and declaring an emergency.
