Authorizing the City to apply for and accept a Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) grant in the approximate amount of $2 million, from the NEORSD Member Community Infrastructure Program (MCIP), for the construction of the Lynnfield/Lomond Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) Project, and declaring an emergency. 5. Authorizing an agreement with the City of Beachwood for the Green-Bryden Storm Sewer Improvements Project, at an estimated construction cost contribution for the City of Shaker Heights of $408,979, and declaring an emergency. (SPW), (FIN)
6. Authorizing the acceptance of a grant in the amount of $1,000 from the Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council (“NOPEC”) for the Ciclovia Event, and declaring an emergency. (REC), (FIN)
7. Amending Ordinance 21-125 making appropriations for the current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Shaker Heights, Ohio for the year ending December 31, 2022, as amended by Ordinance No. 22-23 and 22-33 to amend appropriations in Fund No. 101, the General Fund, by appropriating an additional $1,000 for a NOPEC grant award to support the Ciclovia event. 8. Authorizing a five-year, two-month personal services contract with West Publishing Corporation, a Thompson Reuters company, in the total estimated amount of $83,453.68 for the period June 1, 2022 through July 31, 2027 for computerized legal research services for the Department of Law, and declaring an emergency. (ADM), (FIN)
9. Amending Ordinance 21-134, an ordinance appropriating funds from the General Capital Fund 0401 for the Van Aken District and Traffic Signalization projects within the Planning Department, by appropriating an additional $50,000 from the Supplemental (CDSG) grant for the Southern Moreland Traffic Calming Improvements project and declaring an emergency.

Administrative acceptance of the approval of the City Planning Commission and confirmation of the granting of a Conditional Use Permit to 1899 Golf, applicant, for a recreational facility (Interior Only), located at Shaker Plaza Shopping Center, 20040 Van Aken Boulevard, pursuant to Section 1213.05 of the City’s Zoning Code. (CPC)
11. Granting a right-of-way license to Tesla, Inc. to install, operate and maintain a supercharger electric vehicle charging station in the right-of-way located in the lower level parking lot adjacent to the Shaker Plaza Shopping Center, 20040-20200 Van Aken Boulevard, and declaring an emergency. 12. Authorizing an SBA-County partnership forgivable loan to Midnight Owl Brewing Company, LLC in the amount of $40,000 from the City, and a matching amount from the Countycontributed funds, for a total loan of $80,000, to open a craft brewery and restaurant at 20312 Chagrin Boulevard, and declaring an emergency.
